My Story of Six Decades (Gita School)
I was born on 19th Nov. 1946. I am so lucky that I come into existence by the offerings to ‘Yogna’ by a great person, highly venerable Madhav Rao Sadashiv Rao Golvalkar Ji. He was a virtuous soul. My childhood underwent many difficulties. First of all I was run in the Kali Kamli Ashram Kurukshetra. Then I was shifted to nearby to the Krishan Aushadhalya. After some time a tract of land of 25 Acre was donated in my name by some generous donors. Then I got only a shed of tin as building and uneven land as playground. Respected Khem Chand ji was my first Principal and he had got 12 others teachers as colleagues. The number of students at that time was almost 250.
In 1948 when my principal was arrested, I got guidance of Shri Lakshman Dev Kalra Ji. I kept developing gradually and again Shri Khem Chand Ji took care of me. The students at that time were highly patriot and true swayamsevak also. For a short period from 1956 to 1958 a course of JBT (Junior Basic Training) was also run in the school. I had attained the adolescent stage and during this period respected Khem Chand Ji had gone to Jaipur. From 1958 to 1964,I was guided by Shri Vishavnath Ji. There came such a time when I was intended to be made a thing of past, but a school emerged from the imagination of great human being, could not be end end in such way. From 1964 to 1991, Shri Dina Nath Batra Ji gave me fatherly love with his unflinching will power and firm determination. The period of emergency declared by congress govt. in 1975 proved a thunderclap for me.
My principal Shri Dina Nath Ji along with many other teachers was imprisoned. I can never forget that period of 18 months. The works of an ideal principal of a school run by Rastriya Swayam Sevak Sangh were evaluated after the time of emergency ended and he was honoured by Rastriya Shikshak Puruskar. The period from 1968 to 1978 was verty crucial in my allround development. I was upgraded to senior secondary level. From 1991 to 2001,k Shri Ratan Chand Sardana Ji was honoured for his excellent services on 26 January 1993. He was guided me and kept up the speed of my development From the year 2001, Shri Ram Parsad Swami Ji continuously led me forward to the Path of progress. By giving a newness and gradure to my old form and by equipping me with modern facilities Shri Swamiji gave me a magnificent form.
From 2013 I am being guided by Shri Anil Kumar Ji. You have a long time administrative experience and with your softness, dedication and studious nature, you are highly determined to lead forward continuously my glorious reputation. Today my sons with the inspiration from school, are getting fame in the country and worldwide in various fields such as first position in middle, matric and senior secondary examinations, in sports, medical sciences, engineering, law, cultural activities and administrative services.
